Q: Is there free shipping available?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days once the product has been packed for shipping.

Q: Are your toys safe for children?
A: Yes! Our toys are safe for children, however, review the product descriptions. Many of the articulated dragons posted will not be safe for children as they will be fragile with their linking points and not items to be played with. There will be notes that explain this within each product description.

Q: How do I clean any product received?
A: Most of our toys can be gently wiped with a damp cloth and mild soap. Please check the care instructions on the product page for specific cleaning guidelines. 3D Printed products are not dishwasher safe.
